The cost of setting this type of store front will depend largely on the hosting requirement and your ability to allow plazaputra.com to host your product information. plazaputra.com allows all merchants to update and maintain their product information remotely via the Internet and you also have an option to SSL-enabled your administrative function. Gold Merchant can have as many product as they want as long as they do not exceed the 10MB database storage given to them. The storefronts can be hosted anywhere on the internet but the product information must be hosted in plazaputra.com database. The cost of setting this type of store front will depend largely on the hosting requirement. Since Gold also meant you have your own Domain Name and chances are you may already have your own cataloguing system. As long as your cataloguing system support customisation of the buy button, you can subscribe to this service. plazaputra.com allows all merchants to update and maintain their product information remotely via the Internet and you also have an option to SSL-enabled your administrative function. Merchants can only have as many product as they want as long as they do not exceed the 5MB database storage given to them.. The storefronts can be hosted anywhere on the internet but the product information must be hosted in plazaputra.com database. plazaputra.com, the first Malaysian virtual mall to provide online payment facilities via VISA and MASTERCARD, is administered by Global Network Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd., with KUB Sistem Sdn. Bhd. acting as the Commerce Service Provider. plazaputra.com does not process any purchase orders for services and products offered by merchants presented in the shopping mall. Each shop (merchant) in the shopping mall is a separate business entity from plazaputra.com, and the merchant is fully responsible for abiding by all relevant laws and regulations. Each shop (merchant) from which the Customer makes a purchase processes the transaction directly; therefore, plazaputra.com is not responsible for any dispute that may arise between the Customer and the merchant, and the Customer shall use the normal means to resolve any issues directly with the merchant.Customer agrees that unless specified otherwise by merchant, cancellation of order by customer is not permitted. Also, merchant is not bound to accept any or all orders. In the event that the customer is charged for goods and services that are not available, customer will be notified via email and the appropriate refund made.plazaputra.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the services and products provided by merchants it is hosting. plazaputra.com, its administrator, partners or any one else involved in creating, producing or distributing plazaputra.com's service disclaims any warranty of merchantability presented and will not be held liable for any damages or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services or products provided by merchants it is hosting. Delivery of Goods

Customers are advised to take note of the following with regards to the delivery of goods.

Unless advised otherwise, merchants will deliver goods ordered via the postal service or a reputable courier company. Customer identification (identity card, driver's license or passport) will be required for collection of goods. All goods will be delivered to the Billing address or Shipping Address (if specified).

Customers are advised to request the merchants for delivery to addressee only, if such a service is required, before placing any order from plazaputra.com and/or it's merchants.

Goods not delivered (due to absence of recipient at the Billing address or Shipping address) will be returned to merchant and kept for 14 days. If customers do not claim their goods within the said 14 days, merchant will dispose of the goods and refunds to the customer, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the merchant. The merchant is at liberty to charge customer for storage and additional delivery cost, and these charges will be deducted before refunds, if any, are given to the customer.

By registering with plazaputra.com, the Merchant agrees to the following:-Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall plazaputra.com, its administrator, partners or any one else involved in creating, producing or distributing plazaputra.com's service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, or any other damages that may result from the use of or inability to use the plazaputra.com's service. plazaputra.com will terminate its service to entities whose advertisement or products are deemed by plazaputra.com as inappropriate even though the entities had registered with plazaputra.com.
